When you can play without crashing the game is very enjoyable, but this game fails to load to many tries and crashes on the ad videos often. This game needs a reworking as other game engines have. To play a video for 20 charges but go back in to get only ten not very fun. After spending money, the game crashed. The loss of not being able to log in makes playing about impossible. The game isn't recognizing the Facebook accounts either, denying log in. 'Log in as guest' works. Game is useless!

Can't go .2 milliseconds without the game annoyingly reminding you what you could be doing. Please just let me play the game. Its an overwhelming amount of guidance for a game with 3 core mechanics. I don't need patronized that much. This games story is also a carbon copy of a game I played before but the dog was a child instead. Unoriginal and zero faith in the player. Severely annoying.

It's ok...but I hate that you hit a paywall with EVERY move, despite having bought diamond/energy in the game. Some of the items get "trapped" in bubbles once you make enough combos which prompts you to either buy diamonds (if you don't have any) or be forced to let it pop (which takes the item away from you) thus wasting your time & energy/real money. You only get a few coins if it pops. It's a fun game to waste time...but the money grab behind it will make me delete it real soon.
