I played this game for 3 weeks as a part of a promotion. The resource grind takes forever to get what you need. The time speed ups are difficult to get, so everything takes forever. After grinding for weeks, I had a power outage and was unable to play for a single day. In that time I was attacked over 50 times in a row (54 to be exact) and lost all of my troops and all of my resources that I spend weeks getting. Why can someone double my level attack me 54 times in a row? Never playing again.

Obnoxious strategy game with pretty art. Everything takes too long to load, the animations slow everything down, and the (non-skippable) tutorial and story portions were much longer and more forceful than other games of this type. If I hadn't been receiving incentives to play I wouldn't have made it halfway through the tutorial.

Love the game! Been playing for a while in multiple kingdoms! Recently I've had an issue where I purchased 5 separate packs ($160) and never received the items. There has been no resolution even after multiple contacts to support who just keeps telling me to wait as the developers research it. This has been the case for months now. I emailed the contact in the developer response and no reply. And same in game messages for months about developers still looking into it.
