NCP fixups
Thanks for the fixes to my NCP-related changes; I saw a number of howlers in the process of cleaning up after the re-name, and didn't want to leave errors, but I had a lot to do (I have to fix up the content of the NCP protocol article now, ran out of time/energy yesterday), so your improvements fixes are welcome.
