X Factor judge Gary Barlow has admitted that he was prepared for Miss Dynamix's exit.
The Take That star explained on The Xtra Factor that he suspected the trio missing last week's show would affect their chances of winning the competition.
Asked if he was prepared for his group's departure this week, Barlow said: "I was and I wasn't. I knew when they missed a week last week that, historically on the show, people don't like that.
"We knew we had a big mountain to climb, but I was hoping because of what happened last weekend, people would have shown a little bit more sympathy.
"The girls did a good performance last night. If I'm honest, anyone apart from Hannah in the sing-off would have been alright, but when I saw it was Hannah I was like, 'Oh God'.
"We're on week three of The X Factor. They made it to the last 12 - surely that's a sign that they're a good group. Stick together. Keep exploring this idea."
Asked if the right act departed, Sharon Osbourne said: "Yes. I was absolutely in shock about [Hannah's] result tonight. I thought it was going to be Sam [Callahan] or Kingsland [Road]."
