Ingrid Helena Nielsen was in 1994 born in Sydney, Australia and from 1996-2005 lived in Copenhagen, Denmark.
From 2005-2012 she lived in Singapore where she attended international British School; Tanglin Trust School with notable mentions of completing A-Level qualifications in Drama, Film Studies and Classical Civilisations (with focus on Ancient Greek Theatre), where she created short films (film and edit) and devised her own short performance.
From 2012-2016 she lived in London, England and attended to the University of Westminster, graduating with a 2:1 in Sociology.
Nielsen returned to Copenhagen in 2016 and from 2017-2020 attended Copenhagen Film & Theatre School with a degree in acting using Stanislavski method, Meisner, Method Acting, Improvisation, Life coaching and Career Coaching from Danish industry officials such as Malene Beltoft Olsen, Christine Wolff, Anja Owe, Morten Elbæk and others.
Nielsen has since 2022 resided in the Bay Area in California.
Her first TV debut was in 2018 with Danish television series "Friheden" and children's series "Oda Omvendt".
