Going the Extra Mile for NCMEC

This October, a dedicated team from LexisNexis Risk Solutions participated in the Marine Corps Marathon Ultra Stride – a challenging 26.2-mile race – to raise critical funds for the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

Through their determination and teamwork, LexisNexis Risk Solutions raised nearly $100,000 to support NCMEC’s mission of protecting children and keeping them safe.

LexisNexis Risk Solutions has been a trusted partner of NCMEC for more than two decades. Since 2000, they have worked with NCMEC to create impactful tools like the ADAM Program, which helps locate missing children as quickly as possible. This program, named in honor of Adam Walsh, has become a cornerstone of NCMEC’s mission to reunite families.

“LexisNexis Risk Solutions has been an incredible ally in our mission to protect children,” said NCMEC President and CEO Michelle DeLaune. “Their support, both in action and generosity, is a true testament to their commitment to keeping children safe.”

The Ultra Stride is one example of the dedication LexisNexis Risk Solutions has shown to NCMEC. Last year, Haywood Talcove, CEO of LexisNexis Special Services and LexisNexis Risk Solutions Government, and his team undertook a grueling 320-mile cycling journey from Maine to Massachusetts to raise funds for NCMEC. By the end of the journey, they had raised more than $100,000 for the organization.
