The event brought together over 30 industry leaders and experts for an engaging discussion on "Investing in AI and Future Industries from the UAE.” The conversation highlighted the immense potential and strategic importance of AI and emerging technologies in shaping the future of investment and innovation in the UAE and the region. A new Agritech initiative in Bada, Saudi Arabia, is turning previously unusable land into a productive farm growing cucumbers, tomatoes, and chili peppers. This project is a collaboration between iyris, Red Sea Global, and Sabic 🌱 Some of the key highlights so far are: •⁠ ⁠A greenhouse utilizing iyris’ SecondSky technology and recycled plastic roofing to create optimal growing conditions. •⁠ ⁠A system that purifies local well water for irrigation. •⁠ ⁠Successful trials leading to a second planting season.
