winter-white-cosmo from a bartender at bonefish: I'm a bartender at Bonefish Grill, and I would just like to point out that the lime juice we use is actually half lime and half simple syrup, so the actual recipe would be 1/2 oz lime and 1/2 oz simple syrup. Also our recipe changed last year and now it would be closer to 1 1/4 oz unflavored vodka, 5/8 oz Cointreau, 1/8 oz St. Germaine Elderflower Liqueur, 1 oz white cranberry, 1 oz lime simple syrup mixture. It is the only cocktail I make this time of year when entertaining because it’s SO pretty and the sweetness can easily be adjusted by using less syrup or plain vodka.

📝NOTE! This makes about 12 - 4 oz martinis. I made a batch because it’s what I do 😜 But this drink can be scaled down to make a few cocktails instead by doing some simple math.

Make your own lime simple syrup! It will keep your drink from turning greenish. Do this by simmering 3-4 limes in 1 cup water & 1 cup sugar. Strain and cool.
-Don’t substitute white cranberry juice for red!! The clear color is what makes it so beautiful.
