I highly recommend you give it a go 🤤  Ingredients (for one serve): 80g raw fusilli pasta (I used whole wheat) 45g oven pasta sauce 15g low-fat greek yoghurt  100ml chicken stock 100g minced beef 100g frozen Italian vegetables 4 cherry tomatoes 10g shredded mozzarella  Method: Preheat oven to 210 degrees Grab a glass bowl meal prep container (oven-safe!) and add your pasta, pasta sauce, greek yoghurt and chicken stock. Mix until well combined, and add your minced beef and mix that again.  Top with frozen vegetables, tomatoes and finally the cheese. 🍁Single serve meal prep bowls: maple soy chicken (part 6).

🙌🏼 The reason I love single serve bowls is that they’re so easy to make and macros can be adjusted to meet different needs.

🍁Maple-Soy Chicken (serves 3)
➕6 tbsp jasmine rice
➕255g chicken breast, cut up
➕1.25tsp garlic powder, salt to taste
➕3 tbsp maple syrup
➕3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
➕1.5 tsp sriracha
➕0.75c chicken broth
➕2.25c broccoli florets
➕2 Green onions, chopped, separate white and green sections
➕Salt and pepper to taste
 
Bake 40-45mins or until cooked through.
