Minor variations are normal. The natural coir fibers of the doormat are from coconut husks which are mildew-resistant and have thick vinyl backing. ️Production time is 10-15 business days for non-custom designs and 15-20 business days for personalized/custom designs prior to shipping. Shipping is USPS service. ️Doormat designs are approx .50" thick and available in sizes: >16"x24" >18"x30" We paint each doormat by hand and sealed with a UV protectant! We suggest that you keep your mat as dry as possible as water can shorten the life of the doormat. This listing is for the doormat only. The layering rug is not included. CARE INFORMATION: Be sure to keep your beautiful, hand-made doormat in a sheltered location out of direct sun, rain, or snow, and we recommend keeping your doormat as dry as possible. Direct rain or snow will shorten the longevity of your doormat. As with all natural coir mats if your mat gets wet the natural fibers will darken and may remain dark. We suggest a covered porch or balcony! Our doormats even look great indoors! Gently shake out or sweep the mat to avoid dirt and fiber build-up and keep it looking fresh!
