Can you tell a real person from a fake? As technology improves, deepfakes are getting more sophisticated—and more dangerous. Learn how to act quickly with an end-to-end deepfake defense here: https://accntu.re/3DcX2ob [Photo Description: Frame 1: Half of a woman’s head is visible on the right side of the frame, with a flat eyebrow, a downturned mouth without lipstick, freckled and wrinkled skin, a light jacket, an unadorned ear and a hazel eye with eyeliner. Stylized aquamarine lines map the simple details of her face, forming 2D polygons. Against a light purple background, text explains: How is a deepfake made? It’s like a two-player game. Smaller text reads: Using technology called Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), one neural network “player” creates fake imagery or audio based on a sample of data. Along the bottom of the screen, half of a phrase reads: Can you spot… Frame 2: Along the bottom of the screen, the phrase concludes: …the differences? The second half of the woman’s head is visible on the left side of the frame. This woman looks slightly different, with an arched eyebrow, a smiling mouth with more intense lipstick, smoother and less freckled skin, a darker jacket, an earring and a brown eye without eyeliner. Text explains: The other “player” determines whether it’s real, pushing the first to improve and try again. The resulting fakes are getting more sophisticated—and more dangerous. Large purple text concludes: Companies must act fast to reinforce trust.]

Exciting news from our latest collaboration with Luminus! We're thrilled to announce the successful launch of a generative AI-powered search assistant for Luminus. This innovative tool is now live on their public website, marking a significant milestone in our journey to enhance customer service through advanced technology. 🔍 The challenge: the utility company sought to improve customer satisfaction, increase self-service and reduce call center workload. They aimed to explore the potential of generative AI swiftly and effectively. 💡 Our solution: in partnership with Avanade Belgium, our Accenture Song teams developed a conversational interface that leverages the company's internal FAQ and own web-content to help users in finding information quickly and easily. Built on the Azure Microsoft platform, the tool uses Azure #OpenAI GPT to generate prompts and Azure AI Search to execute queries, all integrated into a user-friendly app experience. 📈 The impact: the AI-powered search assistant has transformed the way customers interact with the utility company, providing them with instant access to information and significantly enhancing the user experience. This tool not only meets current customer needs but also sets the stage for future enhancements as part of Luminus’ overarching AI roadmap. A big thank you to the whole team for their hard work and dedication. Our Accenture Song teams are proud to support our clients in their digital transformation journey and look forward to continuing our partnership to drive innovation in the utility sector 👏 [Video description: Frame 1: The image introduces a digital assistant with a chat bubble icon featuring two green dots, resembling eyes, prominently displayed on a white circle. Below the graphic, in white text against a green background, it reads: "Meet your new Luminus assistant, ready to help 24/7!" Frame 2: A screenshot of a website with a search bar is shown. The digital assistant is responding to a user's question. The text reads: "Get instant answers to all your energy questions." Frame 3: At the top, a vibrant green circle is partially cropped, revealing a white background. Centered beneath it is a light blue circle containing a stylized chat bubble icon. The chat bubble is dark blue with two green dots symbolizing a chat interface. Below, the graphic is divided into three horizontal sections. Each section features an orange circle on the left and bold black text on the right. The orange circles contain simple white line icons: a smiley face, an "OK" gesture, and a phone receiver with a chat bubble. The sections highlight the following benefits: "Boosting satisfaction," "Empowering self-service," and "Reducing call center workload."]

Our #ChangeMakers work with purpose every day to create positive change for our people, clients, and the communities we live and work in. As we celebrate #InternationalVolunteerDay, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the committed Accenture colleagues who made this year’s #VolunteeringWeek more than just a series of activities. From coaching and empowering job seekers to picking up 422.5 kg of litter in the streets of Brussels, to raising over 2 800€ in a bake sale, and preparing food packs for families in need, it was about creating connections, making a difference, and showing how much we can accomplish together 👏 [Image description: Image 1: Seven people smile as they work together to lift a person in an all-terrain wheelchair up over a log. They are in a forest with tall trees and fallen leaves on the ground. Image 2: Two people stand behind a table with a sign that reads: "Buy cookies here to support think pink!" The people have their arms outstretched to welcome those passing by. There is a plate of cookies on the table. Behind them, a wall is covered in bright green moss and a bright blue neon sign that reads: "Accenture". Image 3: A group of people walk away from the camera on a sidewalk, carrying blue and yellow garbage bags. They are participating in a community cleanup. Image 4: Two people wearing hairnets are in a kitchen scooping cookie dough onto baking sheets. Image 5: A person in a bright orange safety vest flexes their muscles while carrying a large, heavy bag over their shoulder. The person is in a warehouse setting with large storage containers and boxes visible in the background. Image 6: Six people wearing reflective vests participate in a community cleanup, collecting trash in a field.
