Mini Churro Bites 🍫
INGREDIENTS • - 1 cup water • - 2 tbsp Sugar • - 1/2 cup Butter • - 1 cup Plain flour • - 1 egg • - Oil for frying • - Sugar and cinnamon for coating • - Dip of your choice METHOD • - Mix together water, sugar and butter on high flame and bring to boil. • - Once mixed, turn off the flame and add plain flour. Mix until completely combined. Let it cool for 10 mins then add the egg. Mix until combined completely ( this takes time) • - The dough should be soft, not hard at all. • - Transfer into a piping bag with a nozzle size of your choice and pipe into hot oil. Use scissors to cut the dough however preferred. • - Fry until golden and then transfer into the sugar and cinnamon coat (optional) • - Pair with your favourite dip and enjoy!
