It comes out thick and cheesy with strong flavors of cheddar cheese mixes. Ingredients ¾ lb. Macaroni noodles cooked Al dente’ 4 tbsp. Unsalted Butter 1 ½ c. Mild Cheddar 1 ½ c. Sharp Cheddar 1 ½ c. White Cheddar 6 oz. Cream Cheese softened 1 ½ c. Heavy Cream 1 small can Evaporated Milk 2 Eggs 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. Paprika 2 tsp. Ground Mustard 2 tsp. Black pepper 2 tsp. Kosher salt ¼ tsp. Nutmeg Cook your macaroni noodles and salted water until al dente. Make sure not to overdo them so they don't become mushy. Drain your pasta noodles, add a little butter to them and set aside. Preheat your oven to 350° F. Butter your casserole dish. To your casserole dish at a layer of cheese and cream cheese. Mix your noodles in with your cheeses. Add about 3/4 of the cheese to your noodles. In a separate bowl mix together cream, evaporated milk, eggs and seasonings. To your mixed noodles and cheeses, add your milk and egg mixture. Mix noodles, eggs and cheese until everything's incorporated. Top your macaroni and cheese with more cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly. For the last 5 minutes. Roll the top till golden brown. Let your macaroni cool before cutting and serving.
