So finding the jewelry for this was fun 💃🏻 But where should I put it? The mantle or hanging on the wall? 🤔 These were first popular to make in the 1960’s-1970’s. I love seeing them vintage shopping! My friend @madamofmaking inspired the rainbow version! She has so many cute ones- you should go see 💗 Want a tutorial to make your own? Details below:⁣ ⁣ 1) Mix 1 cup corn starch with 2 cups water, microwave in 30 second intervals until it becomes thick (stirring after every 30 sec)⁣ 2) Coat your yarn in the mixture, let sit for ~3 minutes⁣ 3) Blow up 2 balloons, 1 slightly larger than the other (to get the snowman shape)⁣ 4) Wrap your coated yarn around the balloons, you can tie around the end to get started⁣ 5) Let those completely dry overnight (do NOT put them outside to dry or balloon will change size and shape will be gone)⁣ 6) After dried completely, pop the balloon!⁣ 7) Use hot glue to glue the two yarn spheres together and glue on face shape using buttons, fabric, or any other accessories!⁣ .⁣ .⁣ .⁣ .⁣ #christmas #christmasideas #christmasdiy #diychristmas #diychristmasdecor #diychristmasdecorations #christmasdecorations #christmascraft #christmascrafts #christmastime #christmasdecor #christmasdecoration #christmasdecorideas | Kelsi Savage
