This is solid 14k gold, recycled and refined in the U.S. The diamonds are .15 carats each (3.5mm), 1/3 carat total weight, SI1, G-H color, and 100% conflict-free. The studs come with 14k gold tension backs, as pictured. You can choose from 14k yellow or 14k rose gold. A rose-cut diamond has a flat base and a crown made up of triangular facets that are symmetrically arranged and rise to form a point at the top of the stone. Because it has no pavilion (the pointy part at the bottom), a rose cut diamond has a different sparkle than a round brilliant diamond. The look is old-world and antique-inspired, and when paired with the simple earring setting, is stunning and versatile.
