As a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) degree, Michael Same has fostered a unique relationship with his clients, often being the first point of call for those seeking advice with business, personal, development and planning issues. This has continued with Michael consulting privately to small business and families. His interests are broadened by his charitable involvement as Director of the Maccabi Victoria Foundation, and on the board of the PNET Cancer Foundation.

Catherine has more than 20 years’ experience in the investment markets having joined JBWere in 1996, and holds the position of Executive Director.
Catherine is the Vice President of Kambala Anglican Girls School Council , Chair of Kambala Foundation, and has been a member of the School Council since 2017.

Paul Salteri graduated from the University of NSW in 1971 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, trained as an accountant, working in Sydney, the UK and Canada, and joined the Transfield Group in 1978. He is a Fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants, and a Governor of the Warren Centre for Advanced Engineering at the University of Sydney. He is a past Director of Austrade, a former member of the National Executive of the Australian Industry Group (AIG); former Chairman of AIG’s Defence Manufacturers Council and a former member of the Defence Industry Advisory Council. He was appointed a Director of Transfield in 1981 and rose to the position of Joint Managing Director until the Transfield Group split in 1997. Following the split, the Salteri family formed Tenix Pty Limited, the assets of which included the company responsible for the ANZAC Ship Project, later named Tenix Defence. Tenix Defence was sold in 2007. Paul was Tenix Group Managing Director from 1997 to 2007, when he resigned from his executive position and became Chairman of the renamed Tenix Group, Olbia Pty Ltd.
In 1999, the Italian Government awarded Paul the title Cavaliere Ufficiale. In 2005, he was named an “Innovation Hero” by the Warren Centre for Advanced Engineering in Sydney. He was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia in 2013 and then Officer of the Order of Australia in 2021.
Paul is the Founder and Chairman of his family’s Private Ancillary Fund, the CAGES Foundation, which focuses on indigenous issues.

Julian is a Principal of Mayfield Advisory, Strategy and Management Consulting, after recently retiring as a Healthcare Advisory Partner at Deloitte Consulting. Julian has over 30 years’ experience across the healthcare sector, as both a health industry executive leader and senior advisor. His knowledge of the sector extends across strategic, operational and technical domains of health care management. Julian has provided advisory and commercial advice to a range of Australian public and private health service providers and to State and Federal levels of Government.
Qualifications: Certified Practicing Accountant and Chartered Accountant, Bachelor of Economics, Masters in Business Administration, graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Dr Peter Dobson is a GP with more than 30 years’ leadership experience in the healthcare sector, having chaired the Sunshine Coast Division of General Practice and stewarded the development of Sunshine Coast Health Network Ltd. through the Medicare Local and PHN transformations. Peter’s strong governance skills support his close involvement and networking to explore new models of care and the benefit technology can bring to general practice. Peter is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Qualifications: Grad AICD. Bachelor of Surgery, Bachelor of Medicine.
Greg is an experienced senior executive, consultant, and director with over 20 years’ experience in senior leadership roles across the health industry. Greg was a founding partner of Integral Diagnosics Ltd and has held recent roles as Group COO at Capitol Health Limited, Group COO of Healius Limited, Hearing Panel Member at AHPRA, Non-Executive Director at Osteopathy Australia. Greg is an experienced Director in listed, private and not for profit entities, with a strong background in strategy, governance, and business development. He also is on the board for St Bernard’s College and Maribyrnong Park Sports Club. As an industry leader and elected representative of several member peak bodies he has served on many Federal and State Government committees, advisory panels and key projects.

Penny has held Australian, Asia Pacific and Global leadership roles in media and advertising agencies, client side (Nike) and as an independent consultant in strategy, account leadership and new business. Penny is the Chief Strategy & Product Officer at Zenith Media Australia, and Consultant for Strategy, Product, Brand and Media at Shell Media. She is an award winning strategist locally and globally, with a passion for big ideas and innovation. Penny was an original project member of shEqual, Australia’s first coordinated effort promoting gender equality and addressing drivers of violence against women in advertising (2018-2022). Penny is currently leading an industry Social Media Responsibility initiative, for positive actions on teen body image as featured in AdNews (2023) and AimCO’s Webinar Series (2024). She has also been awarded B&T’s Women in Media Strategy award and shortlisted as Social Game Changer.

Amanda is the founder and CEO of Autonomy – An Australian brand of speciality automotive products. A lawyer by qualification, Amanda has previously worked in a range of corporate roles including Dealer Principal of Porsche Centre Sydney South and General Manager – People Culture and Strategy at Autosports Group where she was responsible for all people and culture related matters for 1,600 employees. In addition, Amanda has built and sold her own businesses, including specialist automotive recruitment agency, Career Driven. Amanda has extensive, legal, HR, strategy and frontline commercial and entrepreneurship experience, and has spent many years promoting career paths within the Australian automotive industry. Amanda is a committed volunteer who also on the Board of SCEGGS Darlinghurst Limited.

Janet is Founding Director and Principal Psychologist of Mind Body Well, a private practice in Melbourne providing outpatient therapies for people with eating disorders and concerns about eating behaviours, body image and wellbeing – from an inclusive, respectful non-diet perspective. Janet has provided counselling to assist people with eating disorders for over 30 years. She is an experienced trainer and supervisor, providing support for therapists from various health professions. Janet’s approach is evidence-based, client-centred, and is focused on enhancing mind-body wellbeing. Janet is an experienced Board Director, and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Qualifications: Graduate of AICD, Graduate Diploma of Applied Science (Professional Psychology), Graduate Diploma in Psychology, Credited Eating Disorder Therapist (ANZAED).
Founder
Claire Middleton founded the Butterfly Foundation in 2002 in response to her family’s journey with two daughters with anorexia. Claire also suffered herself from bulimia as a young person. In 2005, Claire was inducted into the Victorian Honour Role of Women and in 2006 she was awarded the Meehan Hartley Award International Academy for Eating Disorders (AED). In 2012, Claire was awarded the Order of Australia Medal (OAM), Australia Day Honours List for her work with the Butterfly Foundation. Claire chaired the National Eating Disorders Collaboration 2009-2010 and she currently sits on the NEDC Steering Committee. Claire has served on several State and Federal Government advisory boards and committees for body image and eating disorders, including Founding Director of the Australian Gynaecological Cancer Foundation (2012), Advisory Board Member of the International Academy of Eating Disorders (2013), Founding Director of Australians for Mental Health (2014) and Executive Producer of a Web Series ‘A Peace of Nourishment’ examining worldwide treatment for eating disorders.
