With insightful talks from: 🔹 Wilhelm Menet, Product Director at Busbud 🔹 Marie-Christine Bastarache-Roberge, Senior Data Scientist at Workleap 🔹 Anwesha Bhattacharjee, VP - Product at Hopper The evening was packed with actionable takeaways for product managers and leaders: ➡️ Segment feedback by user type and lifecycle stage ➡️ Build a centralized feedback repository ➡️ Pilot new features across diverse user groups ➡️ Leverage LLMs for text summarization—but don’t forget to tackle those classic data challenges! ➡️ Design two-sided marketplaces that work for both buyers and sellers to drive growth A huge thank you to our speakers and everyone who joined us to connect, share, and learn! With tools like Officevibe, they’ve turned feedback into meaningful action, creating stronger connections and empowering their people to thrive. • “Attempting to cling to pre-pandemic norms while enjoying the flexibility of remote work is a losing battle. Instead, businesses must accept this new reality and adapt accordingly. This means investing in the tools, practices, and rituals that support remote work while fostering meaningful human connections.” In his recent feature with CEOWORLD magazine, our CEO Simon De Baene dives into what it takes to make remote work truly effective. The future of work isn’t about choosing between flexibility and connection—it’s about building systems that deliver both. At Workleap, we believe remote teams thrive when we combine: ✅ Tools that simplify collaboration and performance. ✅ Intentional rituals that bring people together. ✅ Moments—virtual or in-person—that foster real, meaningful human connections. Read Simon’s full perspective on why businesses must adapt and embrace this new reality: https://lnkd.in/gRB6hRbm How is your organization balancing flexibility and connection in a remote world?

They’re a cheeky way to say thanks, spark a little recognition at work, and cut through the sea of endless ‘URGENT’ or ‘pls fix’ Slack DMs. Because let’s be real, Good Vibes notifications are ones you actually want to click and open.
