Led a team developing systems and control for a 19 ft. self-driving sailboat that attempted an autonomous transatlantic crossing in late summer 2016.

Winners of the 2014 International Robotic Sailing Regatta (IRSR) in San Francisco with a perfect 50/50 score.

Winners of the 2013 IRSR in Boston (with a perfect 50/50 score). For 2013 we rewrote and redesigned the entire Sailbot codebase in python. We used a Raspberry Pi in conjunction with an Arduino for the hardware. I led the team using agile methods – many meetings a week with weekly in-person workshops. We use a cardwall to track current open tickets and use two week sprints.

Winners of the 2012 International Robotic Sailbot Championship
    - Worked as Java Developer.

The team participates in the International Robotic Sailbot Championship where each team must
create an autonomous sailboat to compete in 5 challenges that test aspects of the boat’s design,
    construction, and control logic?
