Chang’s recipe is lighter, less expensive and easily customizable with your... | By Rose Reisman | So, if you've ever been to a really great Chinese restaurant like a PF Chang, you've heard their chicken lomaine. Well, this is my copycat chicken lomaine. Whenever I go to any Chinese food restaurant, I have to have chow mein or lomaine. So, what's really the difference? Well, Lomain are usually just fresh noodles. Chow mein is fresh or dried but you can use either one for this recipe and you can use chicken, you could use beef, you could use seafood for this and even alter the vegetables. So, it's a dish. It's true comfort food and I think it's delicious. No need to go out to the restaurant. I think it's one of the most addicting foods in the world. Give it a shot. You don't need to go to the restaurant and this feeds a lot of people.

Written Recipe: https://cicili.tv/crispy-honey-chicken-recipe/ | By CiCi Li | Today we're going to make honey chicken. The chicken is going to be super crispy and it's coated with a sweet honey sauce. It's over the top delicious. First we're going to tenderize both sides of the chicken breast with the back of your knife. Cut the chicken breast into one inch pieces. To marinate the chicken in a bowl, we're going to add in the egg white, salt, white pepper, and cornstarch slurry. So I have one tablespoon of cornstarch and three tablespoons of water. Transfer in the chicken and give it a good mix. Marinate for 10 minutes. To make the sauce, add in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, honey, salt, white pepper, and chicken stock. Mix well. To make the butter in a large bowl, mix in the cornstarch. Flour. Baking soda. The baking soda will make the batter extra crispy. Baking powder. The baking powder will make the batter airy and puffy. Salt. And water. Transfer the chicken to the batter and combine. In a large pot over high heat, add the extra light olive oil. You could also use any other high smoking point oil that you like and heat it to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 177 degrees Celsius. Carefully place in the chicken. And fry for about five minutes until golden color. Remove the chicken and place them on a plate. Then heat the oil to 375 degrees Fahrenheit or 191 degrees Celsius. Return the chicken and fry for another two minutes until it's super crispy. Double frying makes the chicken super crispy and less oily. When the exterior temperature is hotter than the interior temperature, it forces the oil from the inside to come out. So it's super crispy and not greasy. In a pan over medium heat, pour in the sauce. And bring it to a simmer. Pour in the cornstarch slurry. So I have one tablespoon of cornstarch and three tablespoons of water. Return the chicken. Stir until all the chicken is coated. Okay so today we made crispy honey chicken. And it's super delicious. And at the end I kind of want to add some garnishes like scallions and sesame seeds. And guess what? Now it turned out to be honey sesame chicken. But either way it's super delicious. I really enjoy it. And I hope that you like it as well. And if you do subscribe a thumbs up. I will see you again next week for another awesome episode. Bye for now.

Thankful for the sacrifices... | By Stephvnietea | Papa T is going to show you how to make orange chicken. Perfect. They're yummy. We'd literally spend hours trimming and cutting hundreds of pounds of chicken. Right Dad? Yeah. Okay done cleaning. Chop it. You want to know where I get my knife skills from? Is this guy? We're going to salt the chicken. Garlic powder. Black pepper. And now we mix it well. Now let's work on the butter. We're going to add cornstarch making extra for my nieces and nephews. And then all purpose flour. Add baking powder. And now we're going to add in the water. I know he's eyeballing everything but don't worry I got the recipe for you. Cuz Papa T measures from the heart. Right Dad? Yep. Yep. Perfect. Now we're going to make the sauce. We're going to add sugar. We're going to add orange juice. My dad likes using Sonny D or tempico. Add in just a little orange concentrate. Now we're going to add some vinegar. Add a little soy sauce. Yep. Try it. Mm. Yep. Now let's take it to the stove. We're going to add the butter into the chicken. Mush it well. And smell good. Add it into the fryer. That looks perfect dude. Professional. Professional. You're so funny. That's why I look good. After a few minutes, we're going to take it out and double fry later. Second batch. Pretty much useless here. You just need him. Now, we're adding it in for a double fry. Strain it once it's nice and golden. We pour the sauce into a pan and then we're going to bring it to a boil. Add a cornstarch slur which consist of cornstarch and water. It's nice and thick now. Throw the chicken in. There you go. Perfect. How does it look? That looks so good Dad. Bro, just like the restaurant but better. Better than restaurant. Thank you.
