ingredients Filling: 1 banana 1 egg 80g dark chocolate Topping: greek yogurt 30g dark chocolate 1. In a bowl mash the banana, add one egg and combine with the melted dark chocolate. 2. Put the filling in a bowl and bake it in the oven for about 20 minutes. Let it cool completely. Preferably over night! 3. Put the yogurt and melted chocolate on top and enjoy!🫶

Ingredients 🍫6 tbsp oil 🍫1/2 cup sugar 🍫1/2 cup curd 🍫2 tbsp milk 🍫3/4th cup all purpose flour 🍫6 tbsp cocoa powder 🍫1/2 tsp baking powder 🍫1/4th tsp baking soda 🍫Pinch of salt 🍫1/2 tsp coffee powder 🍫Melted chocolate, for garnish Method 1. In a bowl, whisk together sugar and oil till nicely combined. 2. Add curd and milk to this mixture and whisk again until everything is properly combined. 3. Sift the dry ingredients, namely, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt and coffee powder over this mixture and mix well. Do no over mix. 4.Spread this batter neatly in the same bowl and microwave on regular heating mode for 3-4 mins. 5. Once the cake is cooked and out of the microwave, melt some chocolate and spread a generous layer of it on the cake
Ingredienti per 24 pizzette: farina 0 1 kg, acqua 800 gr, 40 gr olio di oliva, 7 gr lievito di birra secco, 30 gr sale, polpa di pomodoro 2 barattoli da 400 gr, mozzarella a sentimento * Ingredients for 24 pizzas: 1 kg of flour 0, 800 g water, 40 g olive oil, 7 g dry brewer's yeast, 30 g salt, tomato pulp 800 gr , mozzarella cheese 6/7 1)Versare la farina setacciata e l’acqua poco alla volta, il lievito di birra, proseguire fino a far assorbire completamente l’acqua. Infine aggiungere il sale, mescolare e far riposare l’impasto molto idratato per 10 minuti. 2)Aggiungere l’olio di oliva, impastare e far riposare l’impasto 30 minuti ( coperto con pellicola o un piatto). Dopodichè procedere con le pieghe come mostro nel video, fare 4 giri : dopo ogni singolo giro fare una pausa di 15 minuti.
