Mad Over Food on Instagram: "Tag all Masala Puri Lovers 💕. Bangalore’s famous Street food, Masala Puri. Recipe: 1. Soak 1/2 cup dry Green peas for 5hrs or overnight. Add to a pressure cooker. Pour 1 cup water, salt and cook for 5 Whistles on medium flame. 2. In a Pan heat 1 tbsp oil. Add 2 cloves, 1tsp Cumin, 1/2 inch cinnamon, 4 Garlic cloves, 1/2 inch ginger, 2 green chillies. Next add 1 sliced Onion and Sauté for 3-4 mins in high. 3 Now add 1 sliced tomato and cook till it softens. Cool and transfer to a mixing Jar. To this add 1/3 cup mint leaves and 2/3 cup Coriander leaves. Add some water and blend to smooth paste. 4. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a Pan and add Spices ( 1tsp each red chilli, Amchur, 1/2 tsp each Coriander, Cumin and Garam masala powder). Fry for a min on low. Now add the
