Arrange skittles according to shape of dish. For example, you could use a square dish, just arrange them in a square along the edge or for a round dish such as this, arrange them along the edge. Heat the water to just before boiling. The key is to pour the water SLOWLY in the center of the dish until the entire surface of the dish is covered. Pouring too quickly will mess up the effect. Watch the MAGIC!
