There's an ice cream shop on the upper east side of Manhattan that serves hot chocolate with a toasted meringue rim that has everyone talking. Hour long lines and there was an article in the New York Post! GLACE by Noglu is located at 1266 Madison Ave in NYC. Or if you can't make it to GLACE, make it at home!

This ice cream parlor has a menu full of seasonal hot chocolates, and I tried their S’mores Hot Chocolate, and Frozen Hot Chocolate Sundae. The S’mores Hot Chocolate has their classic hot chocolate made from a blend of milk and dark chocolate topped with housemade Italian marshmallow fluff. The hot chocolate itself was delicious, but I prefer something richer and more bitter. If you like a lighter and milkier hot chocolate, this is your spot! I rated this one a 9.1.
