This is my latest craft. Took quite some time...but a few burnt fingers later here it is. I’m very pleased with the results. What y’all think? I used a styrofoam half wreath which is flat on one side. Painted and cut spoons then glued them on starting with ones above eagle head. Eagle head is constructed of half of a medium size styrofoam ball. Beak is made out of a piece of pool noodle. Put eagle head together then added to wreath. Then filled in spoons where needed. PLEASE if you try this…
