Buldak ramen with tteokbokki recipe
Ingredients -2 tbsp oil -4 cloves garlic, sliced -1 medium onion, diced -1 tbsp tomato paste ibo -1 cup cream -1/2 cup ramen water -1 tbsp gochugaru (Korean chili flakes) - Salt to taste - Ramen seasoning Instructions In boiling water, cook ramen with tteokbokki for 3 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare your sauce. In 2 tbsp oil, sauté garlic and onion. Add tomato paste and gochugaru, and ramen sauce and cheese powder cook for 2 minutes. Then, add heavy cream and ramen water; cook for 1-2 minutes. Add ramen and tteobokki, mix well. Add mozzarella cheese and spring onions, cover until the cheese melts. Enjoy!
