One cartwheel sinamay straw hat base in royal blue that measures approximately 15" (38cm) in diameter. Crown is 1.5" (3.8cm) high and and 5.5" (13.97 cm) across. The edges of the brim are finished in wired sinamay. The multi-layer stiffened sinamay straw has a great sturdy weave and provides excellent support for your millinery creations. This is NOT a ready to wear finished hat and will not stay on your head unless you add a head band or elastic to wear. This base does have a small sleeve sewn into the crown that will accomodate headbands listed separately in my shop. Add embellishments of your choice.
