Okama is a word in Embera Chami language that means "path that runs through the neck" Our Okamas are handmade by indigenous women from Colombia, when you buy an Okama you are supporting them and their families, their community and their culture. Selling their art and designs is one of their main source of income. We work with indigenous comunities and support them, we recognize their culture and pay a fair trade.
