Bracelets are made with a pre-stretched durable stretch cord elastic to gently roll/slide on and off your wrist. Avoid over stretching the bracelet to place on or remove. Use a rolling/pushing motion to put on and take off. Extreme stretching could result in breakage. Make sure you measure your wrist- You can measure using a soft tape measure. Or you can measure your wrist by using a string, shoelace, or piece of paper and wrap it tightly around your wrist. Find where the ends meet up and measure string against a ruler or tape measure. If you want more of a snug fit, add 1/4 inch. If you want more movement while wearing, add 1/2 inch. For example - my wrist is 6 inches. I wear size 6.25 for a snug fit. I wear size 6.5 for a little looser fit. If stacking multiple bracelets, feel free to purchase different sizes so that they will move well together. I enjoy wearing certain bracelets snug to my wrist and others slightly looser so that more movement is allowed. Bracelet care- Gold-filled, sterling silver, and rose gold-filled beads will not tarnish or fade if taken care of properly. I recommend avoiding contact with perfumes or oils. I also suggest avoiding exposure to water for long periods of time like swimming or showering. Gently wipe bracelet down with a soft cloth after wear to maintain maximum shine.
