On offer is this very elegant Vintage Italian Peach Pink Coral Necklace featuring large graduating round gems from the sea that are polished to a high gloss and hand knotted with 14 karat yellow gold spacer beads and clasp. Angel Skin coral is one of the largest Mediterranean corals, but still rarely produce beads of this size which graduate from a large 9 mm at the front to 7 mm at the clasp. The necklace has large 5 mm round solid 14k gold spacers at the front to enhance the coral and smaller 3 mm solid 14k spacers to match the graduating size of the coral beads with a 14 gold clasp with safety latch. Clasp is hallmarked 14k. This necklace is a long 27 inches and can easily slip over your head if you don't want to use the clasp. The coral is natural and not dyed. Weight 58.1 Grams. The value of coral beads quickly climbs based on bead size and weight. Today, 9 mm is considered a premier bead size with anything above becoming rarer each day. In very fine condition with a few tiny dents in the 14k spacer beads and one small stretch of the silk cord between two beads. There are natural inclusions and striations within the coral attesting to it's authenticity.
