The standard inseam is 34" but can be customized by putting your desired inseam in the comments/notes when checking out. Our rainbow avatar fabric is a medium-weight fabric with a slight stretch to it. These bell bottoms are pull-on style with a high waist and full flare just below the knee. *Our model in the photos normally wears a size 4, is 5'5" and has a 27" waist, 37.5" hips, and an inseam of 28" to the ankle. She is wearing a size SMALL bell bottoms with the standard 34" inseam with 3" heels.
