One contoured saucer with a slight upturned brim hat sinamay straw fascinator / hat base in gray that measures approximately 13" in diameter. The base is contoured to fit against the head. The edges of the brim are finished in sinamay. The multi-layer stiffened sinamay straw has a great sturdy weave and provides excellent support for your millinery creations.
