The Waltz of the Flower Quilt measures 70" x 70" and the fabric requirements are as follows: * ⅜ yard light pink * ¼ yard dark pink * ½ yard green * ½ yard gold * 5 yards background * 4½ yards backing * ¾ yard binding The colors I used to make the cover quilt is Kona Honey, Michael Miller Cotton Couture in Aloe, Art Gallery Fabric Pure Solids in Cotton Candy, and Blossomed. The pattern includes instructions for traditional piecing, and no templates are required. This pattern is suited for the intermediate level quilter with knowledge of 1/4" seams and squaring up blocks. Longarm Quilting is Interstellar Orange Peel, and was done by Katie Luyk of Third Coast Quilting. Katie also allowed me to use some of her photos shown above.
