This one of a kind Tan 4 inch brim Toyo Straw hat is trimmed with 3 handmade gold velvet flowers, feathers, organza ribbon band with bow and removable gold netting. The hat will fit 22- 22 5/8 inch head sizes with a sizing cord inside the band to adjust to your head size.
