I used 3mm Crystal Bicones with a 4mm Pearl for the center - all attached to a 20mm round diamond "Beadalon Quick Links" (available on Etsy - SimpleBeadPatterns OR Crystalidea shops). You'll need 11/0 and 15/0 Seed Beads for embellishment. Use your inspiration & creativity to combine the colors you like best!
