These eye-catching drop earrings feature ornate, antique gold-plated teardrops - with a hammered metal center and a scrolling filigree border. I embellished the edges with crochet using hand-dyed, cotton thread in shades of golden yellow, sage green, and taupe and tiny, faceted, metallic gold glass beads. These earrings shimmer with reflected light. They are finished with half-hammered, gold-plated brass (nickel and lead free) ear wires. These earrings hang to a length of 2 1/4 inches. The drops are 1 1/2 inches long and about 1 1/8 inches wide. One of a kind beauties!
