The sweater can be made in several different types of yarn, as long as the gauge is kept. It is a super easy sweater to make, so even if you haven't knitted that much yet, I'm sure you can manage this! The sweater is knitted around to make the body, then it is split in two pieces to make the front and the back and make holes for the arms. Then you sew the shoulders together and pick up stiches for the arms at the end.
