HOW TO ORDER Place your order in three easy steps: 1) Select your desired quantity and flavor in the drop down menu above. Please add your event date and any other information in the message box. 2) Add the listing to your shopping cart; proceed to checkout. 3) Make sure Etsy shows your CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS, and submit payment to complete your order. PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES Generally we make and package your order the same day that we ship it to ensure freshness. We pay close attention to event dates. If you place your order several weeks before your event we wait to ship your order until closer to your event. Shipping generally takes between 1-3 business days, depending on where you live. Once your item has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via e-mail. Cotton candy by nature is delicate and fleeting! 🌈 Store it in a cool dry place and it will stay fresh for about three weeks. Do not try to store it in the refrigerator. After about three weeks it will start to shrink and loose its freshness.
