Ornately engraved floral motif designs decorate both sides of this antique 10k solid yellow gold locket pendant. The fully engraved floral reversible pendant features detailed linework, scrolling and floral details, which differs on each side. The locket opens with the help of two tiny knobs and closes securely with a light snap. Inside you will find both original frames attached to glass inserts. The locket tested as 10k gold in three locations (no hallmark). The large added bail at top is gold filled. This antique lovingly aged piece is in very good condition for its turn-of-the-century age. It has some expected surface wear and a few tiny dings to its outer shell. There are two dark lines where the trim was joined on each panel.
