The length of the dangles is 1 1/3" (3.4 cm). These earrings are covered with metal protecting lacquer. No piercing needed, they are worn behind the ear. Another metal (copper, brass) or beads or length of the dangles are also possible if you prefer to make some changes to the design. Made for medium size ears (2 1/3 in - 2 3/4 in ), for larger or smaller ears this pair is made by order (you can measure your ear from the highest point on the top of your ear to the lowest point on the lobe, there is a little guide in the last picture).
