This is a sleek vintage 1940s slipper satin long sleeve wedding gown with illusion neckline, beading and sequin details. This piece is a warm ivory tone slipper satin with sheer mesh to create the illusion neckline. The bodice features a scalloped scoop neckline accented with beading and sequins. The beading forms star motifs on the bodice and swirling designs towards the hem. The long sleeves are fitted satin. The bodice ends at the natural waist where the gathered skirt flows to the floor. There is a chain of buttons at the back for entry. This piece is in excellent vintage condition. There are slight stains towards the hem of the skirt from previous wear and some of the beading has aged to create a more silver tone that is consistent throughout the dress. Accented with lovely details, this classic design is the timeless addition for a bride's perfect day.
