Pretty blouse that I think had a little camisole underneath at one time. There is a fabric tag which says this is 70% cotton and 30% nylon, but I think the nylon part was the (now missing) cami. There was a label at the back neckline but it's been snipped away. From the way this fits my size Small dress form, I think this is best for a size 6 or 8 lady at most. Simple style for a girly look. Narrow band collar. 2 fabric buttons and loops in back neck above a key hole opening. So top will pull over the head. Sleeves are a little puffed at the top and have a little flare at the bottom. Bottom edge and edge of sleeves is frayed (raw edge). Top isn't meant to be tucked in but if you are wearing a skirt or pants with a high waist you might be able to tuck the blouse in. Or you might add a wide waist belt, sort of like a corset belt. Wear this with a simple pair of black slim slacks, maybe tuxedo style. Or perhaps a long satiny skirt with a big sash belt.
