No refunds will be given after June 1,2025,11:59 PM CT. Your registration may be canceled on or before June 1, 2025. Canceling your registration before midnight (CT) on June 1, 2025, will guarantee a refund, less a $150 administrative fee.
As of midnight (CT) on June 2, 2025, if you are registered for the conference, NO REFUND will be given after June 1, 2025, 11:59 PM CT.
You may substitute another qualified attendee in your registration at any time if you are unable to attend. Substitutions can only be made by contacting conference@dcac.org. Please DO NOT cancel your current registration if you would like to make a substitution. Substitutions should be made before arriving at the conference, if at all possible, to avoid delays during busy registration times and potential issues with logging into the conference app and final certificates.
