I get tired of using Post-its that say "Needs Graded" then "Graded"...and, No keeping them in separate stacks is not something I am okay with. Each has "To Grade" on one side, then "Graded" on the other, so all I have to do is flip it over and clip it back on. I can also use these in my hanging file box to clip on the front of the folder if I store them that way.

Simple Tip: seating chart can be easily updated, write each child’s name on a small sticky note and arrange the notes on a sheet of paper to match the seating arrangement in your classroom. Then tuck the handy reference into a page protector. When a child’s seat changes, simply rearrange the appropriate sticky note.
