Tape the bottom of each floral arrangement so they don’t pop the balloons. I use painters tape so it’s easy to come off. . . 2. Take a rubber band and place around floral like in the video and then around 1 balloon of your choice! . . 3. Buy QUALITY balloons so when you’re pacing the rubber band around the balloons they won’t pop. . . This will hold the floral in place better especially if it’s heavy!
