Gideon General on Instagram: "Sweet Thai Chili Sauce  Ingredients  ½ Cup Sugar ¼ Cup Water ½ Cup Rice Vinegar 30 g Garlic minced 1 Tbsp Dried Chili Flakes 1 Tsp Fish sauce 1 Tsp Paprika  Cornstarch Slurry ½ Tbsp Cornstarch ½ Tbsp Water  Instructions: 1.	Mix sugar and water and cook in low heat until it fully dissolves. 2.	Pour in the vinegar and add the minced Garlic, Chili flakes, and Paprika. Simmer for 5 minutes. 3.	Add the fish sauce and cornstarch slurry. 4.	Bring the sauce to a boil to activate and cook the cornstarch.
