Quick 30-Minute Masala Macaroni (Desi Pasta)

This super easy indian masala pasta recipe is made with macaroni, vegetables and spices. It is buttery, spicy, no- cheese macaroni pasta perfect for kids or for times when you are craving comforting indian fusion pasta. Serve on its own, take along to picnics or as a bbq side dish.

Hubby’s Kitchen Creations on Instagram: "“Get ready for the creamiest Mac ‘n’ Cheese ever! 🧀🍝 Here’s how to make it: **Ingredients:** - 1/2 packet macaroni - 50g butter - 2 tbsp plain flour - Milk (approx. 850ml) - 1 tsp paprika - 1 tsp garlic powder - Salt & black pepper (to taste) - Cheese (Red Leicester, mature cheddar, mozzarella) **Method:** 1. Boil pasta and set aside. 2. Melt butter, add flour, and cook for 5 mins. 3. Gradually add milk, stirring until thickened. 4. Season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. 5. Stir in grated cheese until melted. 6. Mix sauce with pasta, add to a dish. 7. Top with extra cheese and parsley. 8. Grill until golden brown.
