1 cup peanut butter (unsalted/unsweetened)
¼ cup tamari
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
2 teaspoons lime juice (about 1/2 a lime, juiced)
1-2 inch chunk ginger, skin removed
1-2  cloves of garlic*
⅔  cup water *
