It's also suitable for office spaces and it's a great conversation starter. Base is made from laminated sapele mahoganey and the table top is made from Slovenian maple. Slovenian maple is widely known as one of the best quality maple woods thanks to high altitude growth and ideal climate. It has a beautiful grain and consistent white color. Table has hand inlaid decorative strip on top of the table which can be exluded if necessary. This table is protected with professional solutions /hardwax oil which is nature and food friendly, oil is applied ij 3 coats for maximum protection. ( resistant to moisture , liqud spills and sun UV ) For all of our furniture we use only premium quality kiln dried lumber. This coffee table is made by order. Table in the pictures above has small epoxy detail with inlaid ornamet. This is excluded in this version and it can be added if you desire to have it. When i was designing this floating coffee table the main focus was on making it look like it's floating on it's own. I choose polycarbonate becose it's strong and transperant and with shaping mahogany just in the right way i achieve just that.
