Pleated skirt with incorporated train at back. Cap sleeves 5 1/2" trimmed with chevron trim. Opera length fingerless gloves with wedding point tip, chevron trimmed and 6 corset buttons. Gown is lined. Vela designer label found, but has fluttered away and not located. The shantung description is from original owner--purchased at estate sale. Size: no size label found, so attention to following measurements is important. Note we did not close the back corset buttons because of risk of damaging them with too much use. At back, including train-57" from dropped waist; 14" across back; 18 1/2" shoulder to waist; 41 1/2" natural waist to hem at front; 34" bust; 28" waist; 36 1/2" at dropped waist signified by cording. Gloves- 16" long to tip of wedding point. Condition: good vintage--no stains or holes on dress per se. The hem is very slightly soiled.
