Use a Stoplight Board (green, yellow, red card behavior system) to help students learn the appropriate behavior and classroom expectations. Students who require continually need reminders or prompts greatly benefit from this tool. If you have a student who is off task and under motivated in regards to his or her behavior, then I highly recommend the use of this visual. Premade incentives and consequences provide the student and teacher team with the ability to select appropriate motivators for daily work and activities.
